Each Vicky Harrison Designs piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipment. We value quality, intention, and a seamless experience from our studio to your door.

Processing Time

All items are handcrafted to order unless otherwise noted.Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. During peak seasons or show weekends, processing times may be extended slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.

Canada

• Standard Mail: 5–10 business days (untracked)

• Tracked Shipping: 2–7 business days

United States

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

• Shipped via Canada Post / USPS

International

• Delivery times vary by destination

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country

Tracking

Tracking is provided when a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout.

Untracked shipping methods do not include delivery confirmation.

Packaging

Your order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Eco-conscious materials are used whenever possible.

Delays & Responsibility

Once shipped, delivery timelines are subject to postal services and customs processing.

Vicky Harrison Designs is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.

Returned parcels may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Gifting

Gift orders are welcome.

Pricing is not included in shipments, and packaging remains elegant and secure.
